The rooms my friend and I stayed in were the suites and they were very large and comfortable and there were many areas were we could enjoy food and wine on there balconies and patios. The amenities were excellent and the breakfast options were amazing and had a hug selection of foods hot and cold, the most I have experienced in Switzerland. The staff were very accommodating and they were tremendously helpful. There is a very convenient parking garage for the hotel which made loading and unloading very easy especially with bad weather. Convenient 15 minute drive to airport by car.

The staff was amazing and very welcoming! They helped and were kind. The room was huge and comfortable,very clean and had many furnitures The location was not even 5 min from the main train station Over all absolutely a great place to stay!

Breakfast is always excellent and the hotel is really well cared for by the most amazing staff members. Always happy and smiling and attention to detail with everything they do. Spotlessly clean rooms, warm and cosy in a Modernist Alpine fashion. The Beds are a delight and a great nights sleep is guaranteed! We travelled with our young Dog, they have a bed and a goodie welcome fury friend bag! They thought of everything!!

A great assortment of various types of food - eggs, cold cuts, fish, dairy and fruits. Just enough of veggies. Also great selection of bakery product - savoury and sweet.

We really liked the service in the front desk, the staff was very welcoming and service oriented. We also like the food in the restaurant both breakfast and dinner were really good with many options. There was plenty of parking.

Staff are amazingly friendly and always with a smile. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Breakfast is excellent, Rooms are immaculate and beds are very comfy and the hotel is nice and warm and has decent seating areas too.
